dealers we now have the use of a new tool called LogMeIn Rescue. This web
based
utility allows our technicians to access
your personal computers as long as they are connected to the internet and
you provide permission to do so. There is no need to install any software
for us to use this new support system with you and your computers,
this
process will install a small temporary web applet which upon
exiting will go away. This service uses 256 bit encryption for the maximum
