Crestwood Remote Access Technical Support is Power by LogMeIn Rescue

The following are the steps you will need to take to use LogMeIn Rescue on your computer:

1. You will need to either enter in the 6-digit PIN code provided by one of our techicians on the previous page, or enter your information into the fields under step 2 on that page and click the "Connect to Technician" or "Request Support" buttons provided.
 

2. Upon clicking the button you will be prompted to download a web applet - at this screen you will want to click the "Download" Button
 
 
 
3. Depending on your browser and browser version you may be presented with a yellow security bar across the top of your browser window. At this point you will need to click the yellow bar to download the applet.
 

 
4. Depending on your browser you may see the following security warning - At this point click "Run" to run the applet.
 

 
5. Click the "Run" button once again to initiate the applet
 

 
6. The applet will load and will connect to our remote techician. At this time the techician will talk you through anything further that needs to be done. The applet goes away after you have disconnected the support session and will not remain on your computer system, if in the future you are needing further assistance that require remote access the applet will have to be downloaded and installed again.
